LOCAL VISIT PLANNING

Identify the system before applying a reporting process

Ault’s municipal utilities page describes the Town’s potable-water supply and a separate non-potable irrigation season. It also says treated water is delivered through North Weld County Water District. The supply source or delivery partner does not by itself establish where a property’s backflow report must be filed.

BEFORE THE VISIT

A short Ault checklist.

Identify potable and non-potable or landscape irrigation systems separately when practical.

  3. 03

Mention whether seasonal irrigation is active and whether the assembly is accessible.

AULT QUESTIONS

Timing, systems, and test reports.

Does North Weld County Water District delivery mean the report goes there?

Not automatically. Ault says treated water is delivered through North Weld County Water District, but the current property bill or testing notice determines the responsible utility and filing destination.

Why identify potable water versus landscape irrigation?

The system type helps confirm the correct assembly, access plan, and provider instructions. If you are unsure, choose “Not sure” in the quote form and we will clarify it during follow-up.

Does Ault publish a non-potable irrigation season?

Yes. The Town’s utility page currently lists a season from April 15 through October 15. That can affect access and system status, but the property’s current notice still controls any testing deadline.

OFFICIAL LOCAL GUIDANCE

Water source and report destination are not the same thing.

Ault’s official utility information explains both its potable-water supply arrangement and separate non-potable irrigation service. We use the current property record to identify the responsible program instead of sending a report to a wholesale or delivery partner by assumption.
